Hi,

I am processing my Tier-1 ILR now and due to few medical emergency I had to transfer all my funds and my account now has negative balance for past few months. However, before 6 months I had maintained the funds adequately.

Will inadequate maintanence of funds be a problem for settlement?

I am on permanent job and salary getting credited monthly and same reflects in the bank statement.

Please advice me urgently so that I can look for next things forward.

it should be ok. There are no maintenance funds requirements for ILR.
