Tier 1 dependent UK absence (>90 days). Does impact ILR ?

Hi,
My wife is planning to travel India for more than 90 days on vacation (approx. 95 days) . She is currently on Tier 1 dependent visa. Whether travelling for more than 90 days will impact her ILR application when the main applicant (myself) completes 5 years ?
