Hi Experts.

Can you please advise.
My Tier1 visa was issued on May 22 2008
I did not come into the uk till july 20. 2008.

Will i qulaify for my ILR next yr may 22 2013. as i have my visa expiring on May 22 2013. Please clarify?

Based on the information provided you will be eligible for ILR 28 days before the 5th anniversary from 22 May 2008.
