ILR Both Parents but children on FLR(M) urgent help

Hi All,

Me got ILR on 10 years Long residence and then
I applied my wife and kids for FLR(m) 2 years and they got it because of travel plan abroad.

Then recently I applied my wife for ILR and she got it.
my kids are still on FLR(M) 2 years visa, i have to apply them for Naturilisation, but my family have to go India for more than 6 months.
(Kids born in UK, applied for FLR(M) because of urgent travel plan).

I have two questions
1) If I apply for kids naturalisation, and after that immediate can they travel or they need to wait until the application processed here in UK.?
2) If this time they go and while they return after 1 year any issues with immigration at airport, because my wife is on ILR and Kids FLR(M).?

please reply me thanks

1) they don't need to be in the UK when the application is being considered.

2) if they become British, they lose their Indian nationality so they will need to apply for a British passport from India.

Thanks Jambo

Sorry my second question was
If I don't apply for my kids for naturalisation, and they all go
To India and return after 1 year will it be any issue from immigration
Officer at airport, because my wife is ILR but kids are on flr(m).
