Query on WP / Tier1 General Combination for ILR

Hi,
I have been in UK from Jan 2008 and looking for applying my ILR in Dec 2012, but I have few quieries regarding my case and looking for some guidance.
Workpermit
=============
Date of Stamping: 17-Dec-2007
First Entry to UK: 09-Jan-2008
Tier1 General
==============
Date of Stamping: 23-Jul-2008 , valid till Jul-2013.
Between Aug-2008 till Nov-2008 I was outside this country for exaclty 90 Days.
From Nov 2008 I have salary to show in UK and Residence proof on my own name.
Apart from the above, I have been totally outside UK during WP for 142 Days (Including 90 Days)
In my Tier1 Visa, I can show all my stay outside UK as work-related.
Now, can I apply for ILR by Dec 2012 ? are there any specific documents do I need to provide for my period in WP (Jan 2008 till Nov 2008) and for my Tier1 period?
