Please advice if it's ok for me to apply in person after November 14/11/12 for ILR.

HSMP visa approved - 11/12/07

First Entry - 27/01/08 (47 days after visa approved)

No of days out of UK - 160

I believe as per new rules, case worker should consider the late entry towards the 180 days. But I want some confirmation from the experienced board members.

Also my Wife and daughter staying with me from 21 July 2008 for last four years. I believe I can apply their ILR along with mine.

Please advice.
