Is there any criteria that employment letter should be issued with in a month. Or should contain the date when it will be given to PEO??

My PEO appointment is on 29th aug. If I ask my HR for letter now for the safe side. Is it will be okay if it have date of first week of august??

Yeah should be Ok. Ask Hr to put 15Aug if they can.

It should be ok as long as your employer letter is dated with in one month time period of your ILR application.
