Hello Everyone,

First of all i am very impressed with this Forum and find it very useful.

Thanks to all for spending time and advising each other.

I NEED ADVICE as i agree with many of you ukba advisors always give different suggestions and we get confused...

Situation :
I was on IGS and my wife and first child got Dependent spouse & child Visa in 2007 then we all stayed together in uk and dependant visa carried on after i extended to HSMP category for Three years. So that means my wife and child lived in uk for 3 years and 8months.My wife and child left uk in july 2011 for more than one year now and their HSMP dependant visa got expired in Nov 2011.

I got ILR IN NOV 2011 since than i did not got chance to apply for my family.
But now i want to apply for my wife, child who were with me before and also another child born outside uk now in July2012.


My Question as Follows :
Qust 1: According to new rules after 9th JULY 2012 which visa my wife and my child who lived here for 3years and 8 month will get and which form i have to use to apply????

Qust 2 : which visa will my new born baby outside uk will get as i am on ILR AND which form i have use to apply????

Lots of different suggestion i am getting from sources .

Please help me and give me right advice.
