Booking appointment online

Hello,
After reading the topics on this forum regarding - how /when to book PEO appointment online, I tried to book 10 Sep as this is 42 days away.
I kept getting errors and messages that the dates are not available etc .
I have now received an email with booking reference number even though the webpage said there was an error.
Do I take this as a confirmed appointment ?
Shouldn't there be details about this appointment under my login ? There is no information.
Anyone faced this situation ? any suggestions ?
