When filling List of absences in SET(O) - how much info is required in the field "Reason"?

Is this enough:
- Personal. Annual Paid Leave.
- Personal. Employer Paid Paternity Leave.
- Business. Employer Paid Business Trip.

That's fine. You really only have to justify the reason if the absences are outside the limits given in the settlement guidance.
