Dependants: 10 yrs long residence

Hi,
I have been on Tier 4 and will be applying for ILR based on 10 year residence in September 2012. My spouse and child 5 yrs old are my dependants under tier 4.
1) Do I apply first on my own or do I include only my child or both of them?
2) When I get the ILR, does my spouse (if he cannot be included in the main appilcation) do I use a FLR (M).
3) If he is granted, can he apply for ILR immediately or does he have to wait 2 years before applying for ILR even though he's been my dependant for over 5 years?
4) When I get the ILR, does my child who isn't born in d UK (if he cannot be included in the main appilcation) do I include him in his father's application or can I apply for ILR for him or does he qualify for MN1 form?
Thanks
