I am applying for ILR in Aug.

Does case worker also ask ofr NI details. I dont have P60 for all years but managed to get employment history. Which does not show NI.

Please help.

Also my dates are as follows

HSMP : 28 aug 2007
Tier I : 16 Sept 2009

Expiry : 16 Sept 2012

I got appointment on 22nd Aug 2012.

Is that ok considering 28 days criterion

Can you please give when you entered UK. Hope this is not after 3 months of entry clearance date.

Appointment date is alright. No issues.

I don't think NI would be an issue. But wait for seniors.
