ILR (In the last 12 months shifted contract to permanent)

Hi All,
Would like to take an opinion about my situation.
I have been contracting through my limited company from Aug-2010 till date) and I have got a permanent offer in a very good role / salary that I am in a dilemma about the impact of that on my ILR Application due Jan-2013.
If I accept the offer and join - My salary on the permanent basis would be starting from mid Sep-2012 which is 4 months salary before I apply for ILR
Also I can show my income for the prior months using my limited company. Which 1000£ (Gross) per month + Dividends + Accountants letter etc..,
How complex is my case for ILR and also is it better to keep the limited company dormant or close the limited company till at least the ILR completion ?
What would be the ideal document list I have to submit to prove my earning in my case.
Thanks
