Hi all,

I came to uk on hsmp in Sep 2007 my visa issued and valid from 03/09/2007 to 03/09/2009
I entered to uk on 08 sep 2007
Switched over from HSMP to Tier1(General) and extended my visa and is valid until 03/09/2012.

So i booked my premium service on 7th aug 2012, considering 28 days prior to visa expiry, but if i consider the entry date to UK on 08 sep 2007 i am exceeding prior to 28days. I am not sure which date will be considering the home office, do i need to change the date from 7th aug to 15th aug 2012 OR can i go ahead. Please suggest me ASAP.

No need to change date. 28 days is calculated from entry clearance date.

you can go ahead as you fall in 90/28 days rule
