I booked my appointment with the name MDSAM.

Question is on PEO do they really match the sir name with the ID or is it ok like I have?

doesn't matter you can tell your full name it will be fine.

Thanks for replying. I have one more appointment booked for myself so can I use that one for my wife?
I booked two different appointments on different dates so if I get ILR on first appointment then my wife can avail the second one.
Initially I was thinking she will be eligible for ILR but then I realised she will have to go for FLR(M) to complete her 2 years.
The appointment is booked by my second ID for ILR appointment. Now my question is can I use this appointment for my wife case FLR(M)?

I'm not sure about that you book for ILR and you going for FLR(M) can't say any thing...well try to book 3rd one on wife name for the safe side
