hi
i m currently on tier1 general visa and will be applying for my ilr in december 2012..i got married and my wife got the dependant visa on 1st june 2012..she first came to UK on student visa in sep 2009 and switched to psw..now she is on tier1 general dependant visa...now my question is:
1. whether she has to give life in the uk test??
2. will she get ilr with me??
3. somebody said that she has to be with me for 2 years to get ilr..is this true or she has to be in uk for 2 yrs(even though not with me) to get ilr???
4. do we need to have any maintenance funds to get ilr..if yes, then how much and for how long??
5. is she affected with the new rules that were in affect from 9th july 2012..

plz plz let me know the answers for the above...thanks
