Hi all,

I am suppose to complete my five years for ILR in coming June,2013 but I have been convicted by a criminal offence in 2010 which will be spent only by 2015 .
So could anyone help me advising how can I stay here until 2015 to apply ILR or Home Office will deport me after June,2013 ??

I am worried !

Hi innocent ,
This differs from the previous one. If I wont be able to apply ILR on 2013 due to unspent offence, In what capacity I can stay here until 2015 ?.Because my visa expires in June,2013 .
Should I extend my visa according to new rules on point basis which is 95 and not 75 and the income to show is may be more than £ 50,000 and not previous 35000 ?? . Or I simply can apply with previous rules or they would allow me (FLR for two more years and not ILR ) time them self until I spent my due offence ?? .I need to cover my 2 years more from June ,2013 to 2015 in case otherwise I wont get ILR ??
It is my precaution ...

Hi friends,
This is a conviction for criminal damage of clothes under the criminal damage act 1971,section-1.

We are living separately since then.No divorce file has been raised yet and no court procedures has been taken. So there is no court involvement at all rather than police, social workers like Children Protection Plan and Women's Aid .
Any information required please never hesitate to ask here as I am in mental trouble and want some relief here.
