ILR Application from HSMP

Hi,
I will be finishing 5 years on HSMP (&Tier1) in three months time. I need guidance on below. Please help me out.
1. During these 5 years I was away for 380 days as I have business in Uk and abroad,Not exceeding 90 days at any single period. Will this cause an issue? If yes, what could be the best possible explanation
2. Got married 3 years ago. My Wife is here from 3 years but went backhome for maternity for just above one year. Time we are here together in UK is just under 2 years. While we are applying for ILR will this cause an issue for her to get ILR?
Please advice me.
