Could anyone please highlight if the Biometric application form along with the fees of £220 has to be filled in if appearing in person for Indefinite leave to remain in Tier 1 General category using the SET(O) form.

why do you need to pay £220...it doesnt ask for that fees...you dont need to pay any fees for biometric if you are applying in person...

No separate form. It's included in the Set(o) form.
