Wrong information at SAR

Hello,

I have received my SAR report today. There is a big mistake at my record.

It showing all of my applications/ Case Type for extension.

But wrongly showing a record ( Case Type- Admin Removal: Over stayer)

I have never overstayed in this country. So why the above showing on my record!

I am applying for my ILR( Long Residency ) within 1 week.

Any suggestion/advice would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards,
David

You have not provided any useful factual information here, hence no replies?

The only suggestion I can provide is for you to look over your immigration history records to see which immigration category you were on at the time period where the SAR indicates you have overstayed. I.e. check to see for example, whether you made a late application for leave to remain or, there was an issue resulting in an rejection/appeal/appoval etc... If there is nothing that happened which could have resulted in an overstay, then you will need to go back to the UKBA and question the result with supporting evidence to show that you did not overstay if required.

Thank you so much for your suggestion.

Existing Tier1( General ) visa issued on 20 November 2009 and it will expire on 20 November 2012.

Admin Removal: Overstayer case is dated 15 May, 2011.

Threfore, I was not overstayer on that time. I am quite sure, it is a wrong entry. I was never overstayed in the UK. I was never stopped by police or immigration officer.

I am planning to send my ILR ( Long Residency ) application, by the end of the week.

Now I am really worried about this wrong record at SAR.

Kind Regards,
David

don't apply for ILR yourself ,go to a good solicitor and let them apply for you.
