i am on 2 years spouse visa and am wondering if my british wife can claim any sort of benifit witch dont dont affect my ILR aplication , child tax credit workin tax credit child benifit? i am full time workin
please any advise!

she can claim whatever she wants....it doesn't effect your application...just ensure that everything goes into her personal bank account and not in your bank account or joint account...
