What is guideline for economic activity

With respect to SET O applications in section 11 economic activity is not defined. It does not say that it should be for 5 years
Any one has any experience about CW asking specifically for P60's only
Can seniors please guide what if the income is low or fluctuating or reduced ( if you take permanent employment generally income is low compare to temp)

I found section 11 useful to gather docs .............i have selected 11A , 11C, 11G 11L ............................as i am applying on the basis of HSMP & Tier 1 ............
