ILR Time Frame Query

Hi Forum Gurus,
I am a newbie and am wanting some advice. Here are my details:
WP Granted - 05/10/2007
WP Date of Entry - 08/10/2007
WP Converted to Tier 1 on 15/05/2009 valid to 15/05/2012 - 3 years
Tier 1 Renewed till 15/05/2014
I wanted to check when can I apply for ILR. Per my calculations I am eligible to apply anytime starting 10/09/2012, is this correct?
I technically complete 5 years on 08/10/2012, so 08/10/2012 Less 28 days is 10/09/2012.
Please can someone guide whether my calculations are correct?
