My question is :

I got ILR in August 2012 from hsmp + tier 1. My wife has Dependent spouse visa from 3.5 years. For some reason she didn't apply with me for Ilr. Can she apply for Ilr on her own or she need to use FlrM ?

If FlrM then how long she will wait for ILR or she can apply for Ilr straight away after getting FlrM?

If she is living with you for last 2 years in UK without any waiting she can apply for ILR by herself under SET(M) .

She should apply on set(o) not set(m)
