Traffice offence 3 points + 60 pound fine-points removed

Dear Sir/Madam
I am due to apply my ILR in Nov 2012. I had 3 points for 4 yerars and £60 fine in year 2008. This month i have sent licence to DVLA to remove points. I got licence back with remove points.
My question is Do i need to mention my traffic offence in criminal convictions?
