ILR Application for >162 Days absence in one Go

Hi All,
I would like to know about my eligibility and possibility of getting ILR with the following days out of UK.

1) 34 days out of UK - UK Salary Paid holiday.
2) 4 Days out of UK - UK Salary Paid holiday.
3) [u]162 Days out of UK - 17 days UK Paid Salary and 145 days Unpaid. 145 days salary paid in India. I can get letter from employer regarding this[/u].
4) 14 days out of UK - Salary paid India, UK salary not paid.
5) 16 Days out of UK - Salary paid India, UK salary not paid.

Below my UK entry and visa details -
I came to UK in 1st week of Dec 2007 and continuous visa until now with extensions.
Initial it was WP and then I got Tier 2 (ICT) in Feb 2009.

Has anyone got ILR with >150 days absence? Please advice.

People have got ILR for longer absences.

I myself have an absence of exactly 150 days but will be applying next year.

Employer letter is the main thing

Is there any format how it should be and details of the content is required? I hope letter should be prove my gap reason very well and strong enough.

The letter should state that it was necessary for you as well as your employer. Every letter will be different based on individual case hence no generic format will be applicable.

Hi All,
I would like to know about my eligibility and possibility of getting ILR with 13 dec 2012 rules changes,
The following are my days out of UK.

1) 2008 Dec - 34 days out of UK - UK Salary Paid holiday.
2) 2009 May - 4 Days out of UK - UK Salary Paid holiday.
3) 2009 Jul- 5th Jan 2010 - 162 Days out of UK - 17 days UK Paid Salary and 145 days Unpaid. 145 days salary paid in India. I can get letter from employer regarding this.
4) 14 days out of UK - Salary paid India, UK salary not paid.
5) 16 Days out of UK - Salary paid India, UK salary not paid.

Hi -
I checked that thread and went through it.
but it has mentioned "If not then the SET (O) for [b][color=red]Tier 1 General[/color][/b] should not have the above D2 Question?"

So I want to make sure.

Sohil - 4 questions (sorry don't be angry with my stu**d questions)
1. Am I eligible for ILR.
2. Do I need any supporting document from employer for my absence or not required.
3. Do you have Email communication from Home Office or the email record in the link your mentioned is enough to show as proof, if asked during ILR for >90 days absence.
4. Do you know any good solicitors who can help me on this?

In that link the UKBA rules changes are quoted follow the link within the post. It answers all the question you have.

Also when they say D2 is not applicable it also means that 90 days it no longer an issue not too difficult to infer is it?
