Hi
One of my relatv applied for uk spouse visa without any consultant assisment
At that time she didn't know abt the online filling of form
And so she had to fill form online just before form submission by some other people who provides the facility near the fedex office
And I dont how mistalenly they clicked NO on the question that have u or ur spouse were in relation with ....
Thats her 2nd marriage (after the death of her 1st husband)
Now just tell me what to do ?
I am afraid
I dont want that she would b imposed with any 10 year ban
Please tell any solution
She even does not know abt the mistake as i just saw her form online

She has the opportunity to correct any online information on the printed form.

If your relative brings this error to the attention of the 'embassy' in writing before the 'embassy' ask questions, at least she would not be guilty of Deception. She needs to find from the 'embassy' how she can do this.

Are you sure she's submitted the printed form to the embassy and not just the online one?

yup
as I remember she told me that they filled an online form and then had print of that and that copy was sent to fedex office
is there any email add where I can send them mail about the mistake ?
