Thanks for the forum!

I had my Tier 1 General visa extension appointment on 23rd of August 8.00 a.m & case worker said everything is fine except the last check & they can't do that on the same day due to IT issue.

She kept all my documents & she said that they will call me once they fixed it. I'm still waiting for the update.

Unfortunately I need to go back home as soon as possible for an urgent family matter & i don't know what can I do for this. Guys Pls help me on this...

Has anyone experience the same issue on 23rd August? Appreciate if you could share the progress here....

Same here. Took all the documents, said application is fine dont see any issues with it. But, cant issue the approval letter as system is down. Still waiting for the call.
