Calculating the 28 days

Dear all
I'm just making preparations to apply for SET(O) ILR and just had a sudden panic that I have calculated my timings wrong.
Here are the relevant dates:
1) Work permit was granted on 4 Oct 2007
2) Entry clearance was granted on 10 Oct 2007 (and so entry clearance expires on 10 Oct 2012)
3) Entered the UK on 13 Oct 2007
So can apply for the SET(O) ILR from:
6 Sept 2012, 12 Sept 2012 or 15 Sept 2012?
Thank you!
Best
Pyrus

During 28 days before the expiry date, in your case.

Thank you, wpilr_nov12.
I do apologise for posting this though, because I just discovered the answer to my query on one of the sticky threads. (I could have sworn I looked all over before posting..)

Very similiar case , but switched from WP to Tier 1 G,
1) Work permit was granted on 10 Oct 2007
2) Entry clearance was stamped in Passport for 5 yrs on
21 Nov 2007 (and so entry clearance expires on 21 Nov 2012)
3) Entered the UK on 26 Jan 2008
4) Switch from WP to T1 G - 9 Apr 2010
5) T1G expires in 9 Apr 2013
So can apply for the SET(O) ILR from:
25th Oct 2012 onwards ? , Considering EC Granted/Stamped Date ?
OR
Consider Granted to start 5yrs ?
OR
First Entry Date ?

Plan with the EC date, book appointment, go there and find out. If they do not consider the application valid, (they will review for validity before going into finer details/payment), go with your Entry date at a future appointment. Try Solihull for the first one.
