Hi,

Please help me witht the below query.

My first visa was the work permit from 01-Oct-2007 to 28 Sep 2009.
When this visa expired I applied under tier 2 and got rejected on 21 Sep 2009. So I applied again and got rejected on 1 Oct 2009 because of the salary requirement. So I applied again on Oct 2009 and got rejected on Dec 2009 due to working hours not correct. Applied again in Dec 2009 and got the visa on 20th January 2010.

Work Permit 01st Oct 2007 - 28th Sept 2009.
Period between 28th Sep 2009 to 19th January 2010 ?
Tier 2 -20th Jan 2010 – 27th Sep 2012

So my question is do I still qualify for ILR? Does this class as the unlawful staying in UK. Please help

sorry i did not made it clear.
All the rejected applcatios were made from UK. All this time when I was applying for visa I was in UK and not abroad.

Do I still qualify for ILR at the end of this visa.
If I apply now for ILR will home office refused my applcation?
