No, but it looks like it affects what happens if you're refused SET(M). If you're refused but still qualify for the old FLR(M) (I guess if you have unspent convictions), you'll be given FLR(M) under the old rules. If you're refused but also don't qualify for the old FLR(M), you'll then be judged against the rules for the 10 year path in the new system.desertlord wrote:hi all,
