10 years ILR, Docs required?

I have to apply for my ILR on 10 year basis at in a few days. Just wanted take your help before I send my application.
Do I need any other supporting docs apart from the list below?
• Previous Passports
• Acknowledgement and Visas issue Letters received from HO in last 10 years
• Life in UK Pass Notification Letter
• 3 months bank statements
• 2 Photos
• A set of Photocopies of all supporting docs
What else do I need? I don’t have SAR cause i didn’t apply on time
Do I need a covering? I don’t have any gaps or absentees from UK. All my visas applications were made on time and extended on time.
