Hi All

Here is my situation

1. I have worked in UK with 2 Years of UK Work Permit from July 2006 till June 2008 in UK. Then went outside UK and came back within 9 weeks.

2. I came back to UK with new Teir -2 Comapny transfer visa for 2 years in August and worked for 2 years.

3. The I left UK in July 2010 (4 years completed). This time I left UK and stayed outside UK for more than 180 days.

4. I again came back to UK with Tier-2 Intra Company Transfer Work Permit Visa in March 2011 and have been working since then with my current UK Work Permit.

5. My current Visa ends on April 2013.

TECHNICALLY I HAVE COMPLETED 5 Years of my stay here in UK with a gap over 180days.

I have a colleague who had almost similar circumstances and similar situation as mine and has more than 180days of GAP during his 5 years in UK with work Permit as well. But he has got his PR approved by home office in the month of March 2012.

I would like to know what are the % of chances and how can I seek your guidance?

ask your colleague how he prepared his case and you also prepared accordingly.

Do not apply yourself. Involve solicitor that will help you. this is my suggestion.
