Hi All,

My wife is on spouse visa and will be applying for her ILR in couple of months.
Please could some one answer my queries?

1. I was getting child tax credit till april 2012. By law I applied it as combined applicants. My wife didn't work since birth of our child in June 2011. Do I need to return the child tax credit as it comes under benefits?

2. Is there any expiry date for Life in the Uk certificate. She has passed her test in November 2010.

3. Do we need to show minimum amount of money in our bank accounts? I am mixing this application with HSMP.

All your answers will be highly appreciated.

Regards

1. No, tax credits claimed by a couple where one of the couple has recourse to public funds and the other doesn't does not constitute recourse to public funds.

2. No

3. No

Thank you.
Good to know there is no minimum finance requirement.

Do they accept epay slip? Most of the companies do epay slips now.
