I will apply for ILR in Oct 12 based on (HSMP 2 Years + Tier 1 3 years). I have full UK licence since 2007.
I had 3 points + 60 pound fine for Traffic signal offence in May 2008 for 4 years. I paid fine on time.
This year in May 2012 , I sent my Licence to DVLA to remove points from licence. Now my driving licence with no points.

My question is, Do i need to mention offence i had in 2008 in to Set(o) form in personal history (section 7)?

Thanks

I think it is safer if you mention the traffic offense along with the information that the points have now been removed and carry your licence counterpart with you as a proof. You have to mention any traffic offense in the application.
