Dear friends,

I have gone through extensive search in this forum but failed to locate a checklist for ILR long Residence form. Just wanted to know if you could help and let me know if the following our correct:

Ground: 10 Years Lawful residence [Single Applicants]
Currently on Tier 1 (General)

Docs:
------
Application form
Passports
Life in the UK test Pass Notification
BRP card
Photocopies of visa/immigration seals etc & above documents
Two Photos with name written at the back

Section: (Excluded: not required)
---------
SECTION 2-DEPENDANTS WHO ARE ALSO APPLYING
SECTION 5 - YOUR HOME AND FINANCES
SECTION 9 - TIER1 POINTS SCORING ASSESSMENT

Would appreciate if you could confirm if the above looks OK. Perhaps this could work as a checklist for other candidates under 10 years lawful residence.

I think that these are the required documents. You don't need to send any additional documnets.

Do you have to complete SECTION 12 ?

Thanks for the response.

Section 12 is not required as long as you are not relying/depending on someone for financial assistance. This could be applicable to someone paying from someone's bank account and other types of applicants which I have not gone through.

Do we have to send photocopies of filled application form or just the copies of documents and passport?
Please advise.
