Dear Friends and Learned members,

I have a query regarding applying for ILR along with my dependants(wife and 1 infant)..

Sticky note and and guidance say that I can use the same SET(O) form for me and my dependants.

So Is it just only 0ne SET(o) application form for me,my wife and infant who will apply along with me?

Please clarify and your help is much appreciated.

Yes only form set(o) is sufficient if you and your wife satisfies the amount of time required to stay in uk to apply for ilr.
