Hi,

I am new here , came across the forum through a google search.

I made an application to UKBA under ILR SET (M) on the 30th July 2012 (Visa expired in 06th August 2012)

On 13/08/2012 I got a letter from them saying they have received my application.

My concern is that I have not yet received letter for a biometric?? How long does that take??

Also my husband requested his passport back on the 3/09/12 due to work travel. We still have not received that. They said he will receive his passport in the next 20 working days! Still nothing!

Can someone please help, if they have been through some like this!!

I am starting to get worried

There are many who have applied in the months before you and are yet to receive biometrics invitation letter.

So, be patient!!
