ilr documents-Urgent

Hi,
I'll be applying for my ILR next week.
While filling the form, I came across the required documents which says that I need to have the latest payslip and the bank statement not more than 1 month old.
I got the payslips from oct 2011 to august 2012 (11 consecutive months in the last 15 months) verified by my accountant .
I have the latest payslip (september) but doesnt have the seal from my accountant as i'm not including the salary calculation. Is that mandatory to be verified by the accountant.
Please advice as it is urgent
