Urgent - List of documents for set(o) and flr(m) application

Hi.
I'm going to apply for set(o) application for settlement in uk without any dependent and my wife is going to apply for flr(m) application for extension as she has been here from last one year. Can anyone suggest me all the necessary documents required for both application? Both of we are going to apply separately. Thanks
