for ILR visa do i need my partner passport ,she has lost pas

hello
im going to apply for ILR visa for me in a month.im on spouse visa ,last week my wife has lost her british passport ,so she is making a new passport and it would be expensive for urgent request for her passport.So i was wondering since im applicant ,do i need her
passport ,even though we have all documents for my application for example ,
marriage certificate,proof of address,my passport ,pictures etc
can i submit my application without her passport ? i will submit whatever the requirements are
