HI All,
My unmarried partner is looking to apply for ILR. We have been living together in the UK for several years but she has only been on a dependent for (almost) 2 years. As i understand it, ILR applications can be made 28 days prior the day you are eligible. We have our ILR appointment for about 19 days prior to the 2 year anniversary of her getting entry clearance back into the UK.

I don't see any problems with this but wanted to check, to avoid wasting lots of time and money. Any feedback would be appreciated.

When did your partner enter UK on unmarried partner entry clearance?
What is the date of your appointment?

She got entry clearance on 26 November 2010. (Although she'd lived here for 4 years prior on working holiday and then work permit).
The appointment is 10 November 2012.

To be honest I've found to IDI documentation that puts my mind at ease, and that we should be OK.
