Dear All,

Thanking you all in advance........

I am applying for ILR on 22/10/2012 on completing 5 yrs (2 yrs HSMP + 3 Yrs Tier 1) @ croydon office in person. below here i am listing the documentation that i will be taking along with me. i am the solo applicant as i got divorced last year. as i was granted a rejection last year in 2009 keeping the file with them for almost 6 months and then rejected the application mentioning that i have used deception to gain entry level in UK . They never gave me a right of appeal so i just took another chance of replying the application just before 2 day of my visa expiry date and the application went through clean and clear. After which i have travel twice outside UK and i gained entry clearace there as well... During my interview, will they check everything backdated of 5 yrs or they will consider my application on current documentation...

I m very much scared and really dont know what to answer if they question about my past as my agent @ that time really messed up everything... I am taking the below mention documentation with me

Documents Attached

2 xx photograph
Passport
Life in uk test
12 Month payslip signed and stamped by employer (as we get online payslip)
12 months bank statment (current Account)
12 months Bank statement ( Saving Account )--for maintainence
Current Council tax bill
Proff of Residence ..Deed of title registry+ Last 12 months Mortgage summarized mortgage statement

Do i need to take my divorce certificate with me ?
Do i need to take any previous approval letters (HSMP + Tier 1) ?
Do i need to carry along my master Degree ?

Or Do i need to take any other supporting documents with me... or the above mention documents will be fine

Thanks
Amit shah
