HLP..ILR appntmnt 29 days before reaching threshold .

Hi,
I have booked online personal Appointment for ILR at Croydon.
initial entry stamp: 19dec2007
booked appointment for 19nov2012..have tried a lot for acquiring later date slot...so far not managed to get one..
Will it be OK if I stick to 19nov12 for ILR appointment...Please help

that's more than 28 days. Rule says not more than 28 days.

When you say initial entry stamp, do you mean the date your first entered the UK, or the date your HSMP was valid from?
The 28 days are in relation to the start date of the HSMP, not the date you first entered the country, provided you didn't delay travel for more than 3 months.

hold on, what was the HSMP visa issue date? when you entered the country is irrelevant (
as long as you haven't taken more than 3 months). Recalculate from the visa issue dated.

visa stamped on 19dec2007...anyways have rescheduled appointment to 7dec2012...thanks a lot for all your help appreciate
