Could any one please confirm if a dependant (wife) of (Combination of Tier 1 & ILR) main applications need to show how many Cohab documents when she apply for her ILR. Also please confirm can couple holds two address as joint names one classed as permanent address and second classed as temporary address and all the join bank statements comes into permanent address but the council tax and doctor's letters comes into temporary address. Is that be a problem? Should the address be consistent? Please confirm.

Assuming your wife is currently on FLR(M) leave, read the SET(M) form.

If you were living at more than one address during the qualifying period, then yes you can use all such addresses to prove cohabitation.

What you cannot do is claim that you were living at one address and also try to use documents sent to another address to prove cohabitation when you were not actually living at the other address.
