Two appointments at the same time?

Hi Forum,
I currently have an appointnent in the Croydon PEO, but I really want to have one in Birmingham. So I am trying to book a new appointment before cancelling my older one.
Now whenever I choose an appointment and add my details at the end I get the following:

Any clues whats going on? Has anyone booked 2 simultaneous appointments ever?
