Hi All,

I am pleased to inform that finally I have got my ILR approved along with 3 dependents ( 2 adults + 2 children )

Thanks to the members of this forum as guidance from you has helped to achieve this milestone.

My status - work permit --> Tier1(G) --> Tier1(G) Extn --> ILR(?) awaiting BRP

Appointment - Journey started with booking appointment 6 weeks back. 7-8 nights helped me to secure appointment at Glasgow. Not a favourable decision to confirm this as I hv to travel from London to Glasgow. However later inclined as children have their school break.
Per-Activities :- started gathering all documents below
1. Bank statement
2. Payslips
3. Cohabitation docs
4. Marriage certificates, birth certificates
5. Employment letter (though not necessary for T1--> ILR)
6. Five years documents (though not necessary, but prepared as I want to have completeness in al respects)
7. Passports, BRP, Previous approval letters & WPs
8. Book tickets to Glasgow
9. Leave from work

For the DAY (31-Oct) :-
1. Ensured applications is filled and made ready by 29th October
2. Traveled to Glasgow on 30-Oct reached in evening stayed with a friend
3. Got ready and started with a taxi at 8:00 and reached PEO at 8:20
4. We had to wait for 5-10 mins out side ukba office as system was not ready to get through security clearance.Entered building at 8:40. Received token at around 8:50.
5. Called into counter and verification done. Most of documents were asked for verification, but only kept - passport, BRP card, payslips, bank statement, life in uk test and marriage certificates
6. BRP fingerprints were taken at around 11:30
7. Case was decided at around 12:00 and received letter that we will receive BRP cards in next 7-10 days

What a relief ......

Started verifying letter they had given to me after reaching home. Require help from the members of this forum to clarify the following observations:-

1. There appear to be no reference number from home office and your ref number. However a case id is mentioned. Not sure if there will be any issue due to this.
2. One of the mail ID was part printed. Not sure if there will be any issues?
3. They kept all our previous BRP cards. Presume this is part of the process.

Many thanks in advance.

Kind Regards,
Imm2011
