Hi All,

my first arrival in UK was on 2 March 2008, then I returned to India on 12 Feb 2010 (visa expired on 15 Feb 2010). Then I applied for new Tier 2 (ICT) visa issued on 29 March 2010 for 2 yrs and have got an extension till April 2014.

Will I be eligible for for ILR in March 2013?

Without knowing the immigration category under which you first arrived in the UK, no one can attempt answering your query.

It was Work Permit
