We both passed test on same date one month ago. Its about week now I have not heard anything back from UKBA. Can some one please advise what should i expect now??????????????????

I called LIUK helpline first they told me UKBA should have all the details with them and they do not have any further information about it. Then I called my test centre and they told me It should be with them as you are already issued a pass certificate and It takes maximum 7 days to update results in UKBA system. After finding these answers I am not sure what to do next??????????

Any advice please!!!

Alright. I'll call Test Centre again tomorrow and ask them to send result again to Home Office. Let's see if they get agree. I'll update the post accordingly. Thanks a lot for your valuable comments ramay.

I called my test center to ask them to resend result to ukba. They told me once print out of result is taken they no longer can access results and they can not offer any assistance on that.

Any suggestion please to move forward please!

I don't know if this helps, but have you checked the details on ther pass certificate against the details on your/her passport or appli form? A mismatch (DDMMYYY vs MMDDYYYY) or last/first/full name might complicate situation.

I have copy of all documents submitted to home office including passport and test results. All details are 100% matching.

Hurray..................... We are granted with ILR. I have received my documents back. Thanks a lot for all of your comments and suggestions.

Only one thing to mention My most recent P60 form is missing from documents i have received back. Do they keep it for their record or is there any way to get it back from Home Office?

Finally, I am really thankful to ImmigrationBoards.com for all their help and support.
