Just wondering if somebody could help!

My (In Coutnry Entry Clearance was issued on 16 Jan 2008) and i am planning to apply personally at the PEO.

Is it OK if i sort appointment for 19 December 2012 - i.e. exactly 28 days before my 5th year completes?

Any suggestions please?

Hi mate,

yes you should be fine. I'd suggest you start looking for dates now as getting dates on the particular day you want can be a headache especially considering the festive period and UKBA may probably be closing down for the holiday. Check with them first though.

My current leave runs out on Nov 20th. I have had no success in booking an online appointment. Does it still make sense trying, or should I just use normal postal?

You can keep trying until 2 (working)days before you are committing yourself to postal application.

Coincidently my case is similar to bouqet777. I entered in UK on 16th Jan 2008 , but on my VISA stamp valid from date is 4th Jan 2008. I am also planning to have appointment on 19th December. I am not sure which date I should consider for my self 4th Jan or 16th Jan. I am on WP and then Tier2 ICT. Could you please let me know
-Employement letter should not be more than one month old ,is that true?
-P60 I've for last 3 years, missing for 2008 and 2009, is that fine or can i request from HMRC or my company?
-Best time to look for online appointment?
